The Last Drop, presented by the One Love Foundation, uses a short film experience to explore the dynamics of an intimate relationship through the perspectives of two characters, Sofía and Anthony. Through a fictional technology called Retrospect, participants revisit moments from different points in the relationship, allowing viewers to observe patterns of behavior and the emotional impact they create over time.
The film intentionally moves between moments rather than following a linear timeline. Participants are encouraged to focus less on chronology and more on recognizing behaviors, emotional responses, and relationship dynamics as they unfold. The workshop includes guided discussion to help participants identify unhealthy relationship behaviors, increase awareness, and reflect on how these patterns can appear in real-life relationships.
